Le 8 février 2009, se tiendra une nouvelle édition des Grammy Awards à Los Angeles (Californie). La liste des nominés vient d'être rendue publique. C'est Lil Wayne qui obtient le plus de nominations. Le rappeur concoure en effet dans sept catégories. Il est suivi de près par Coldplay qui décroche six nominations et par Jay-Z, Ne-Yo et Kanye West qui sont chacun présents dans cinq catégories.
